Cornerstones of our Philosophy
Aribeda AG is the investment company of the Wuffli family founded to invest in promising early-stage startups as a minority-stake investor. As a small family fund we naturally maintain a degree of flexibility in the opportunities we pursue, but in general, we are looking for something along the following lines:
Ticket size
We target a ticket size of CHF 200k for the initial direct investment with follow-ons in later rounds.
Risk focus
We are looking for medium to high risk opportunities with high return potential.
Time horizon
We are looking for long-term engagements and prefer to invest from Seed to Series A.
Location
We are primarily looking for Switzerland-based projects.

Regarding investments in SMEs
Although we are primarily looking for startups, we may also be open to looking at cases involving SMEs with high growth potential. In particular, we are interested if the case includes the involvement of an engaged and visionary entrepreneur.
